Taking off the last of the bird nets, ready to start pruning in a few weeks.

Just completed the bulk of our harvesting, with Syarh coming off our main block, and our Bank block. The Bank is well worth a visit. It is north facing, soaking up summer sun, and 45° slope of mostly graves helps it reflect and radiate that heat. Come and see it for yourself and ponder... how...?

Our Grape Juice has been bottled and is looking fantastic. Delicate blush hues call out to be tasted.

Harvest is in full swing, and the fruit is looking and tatsing great.

Here the Pinot Noir is being tipped from onto a sorting conveyer to be sorted before de-steaming and then into the fermenter.
